1. What we collect

When you use JajaSoft Image Prompt, we may collect:

• Email address — only if you sign up to unlock the full library.
• Usage data — anonymous events (prompts copied, searches, session length) to improve the product.
• Feedback — messages you submit via the Feedback or Contact forms.
• Referral codes — to track who referred you (no personal data shared with the referrer).

The prompts themselves are public content we host — we do not track which specific prompts you view beyond anonymous aggregate counts.

2. How we use your data

• To send you product updates and new-prompt announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve the library based on anonymous usage patterns.
• To respond to your feedback if you provided an email.

3. Email marketing

If you sign up, your email is added to our mailing list (managed via Brevo). You will receive occasional product emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and localStorage to remember your preferences and A/B test variant. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

5. Third-party services

• Brevo — email delivery. Their privacy policy.
• Shepherd.js (via jsDelivr CDN) — the in-page guided tour.

6. Data retention

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymous usage data is kept for up to 12 months. We do not sell your data to anyone.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing info@jajasoft.org.
