By using JajaSoft Image Prompt ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

JajaSoft Image Prompt is a curated library of ready-to-use text prompts for AI image generators. You can browse, search, and copy prompts to use in tools like GPT Image, DALL·E, and Midjourney.

3. Free tier

You can browse a free preview of prompts without an account. Creating a free account (just an email) unlocks the entire library. We reserve the right to change limits or introduce paid tiers with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal content or content that violates others' rights.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the prompt library as your own product.
• Circumvent access limits via automation or multiple accounts.
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Service's infrastructure.

5. Content and prompts

The prompts are provided for you to use freely in your own creative projects. You may not resell or repackage the library itself. Images you generate from the prompts are yours, subject to the terms of whichever AI image tool you use.

6. AI-generated output

Prompts are provided as-is. Results vary between AI models and versions, and we make no guarantees about the images any prompt will produce. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
